Texas running back Hollywood Smothers sat out practice Monday, Oct. 19, while dealing with an injury, according to Texas Longhorns On SI, citing multiple reports. Smothers wore a protective sling, indicating an upper-body injury, Texas Longhorns On SI reported, citing Eric Henry of Horns247.
Jamarion Morrow ran 8 times for 54 yards and 3 touchdowns and added 1 catch for 7 yards in Texas A&M's 41-0 win over The Citadel on Oct. 17, good for 25.1 CollegeFFB points. His rushing touchdown total against The Citadel was a career best, according to Texas A&M Athletics. "I think he's a physical ball carrier," coach Mike Elko said after the game.
